Business growth & marketing consultants
Consulting for firms that can't hire it in-house.
Every organisation has a gap between how it performs and how it could. Most small and mid-sized firms can see theirs but cannot afford to staff it. We bring the senior expertise in, measure the gap, close it, and show you the evidence either way.

Core objective
Find the gap.
Then close it.
A gap is anything an organisation could be doing better and is not, usually because nobody has measured it. It might sit in the cost sheet, the price list, the brand, the prospectus or the sales channel. The instrument changes; the objective does not.
We start by establishing what "normal" looks like for you, so any improvement we claim can be checked against a number that existed before we arrived.
How we measureProcurement terms, material yield, rework and idle capacity. Usually the fastest lever, and usually the least examined.
Product-level and customer-level profitability rather than blended averages. Most price lists are set by habit.
The distance between the quality you deliver and the quality a stranger assumes you deliver.
Profile documents, brochures, product sheets and decks that your own team can actually use in front of a buyer.
Material that earns attention outside a selling season, which matters most for institutions and specialist practices.
Which channels produce enquiries, at what cost, and which should be stopped.
Where work waits, doubles back or gets redone, measured rather than estimated.
What the organisation cannot currently do for itself, and what it would take to change that.
